Shipping & returns
How the print travels, and what happens if it arrives wrong.
Dispatch
Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. The print-only edition is protected in archival packaging; framed orders are packed for their finished 40 × 30 cm format.
VAT and standard delivery within the European Union are included in the displayed price.
Where we deliver
Online checkout is currently available only for delivery to European Union member countries.
For delivery outside the EU, contact the studio before ordering. The United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland are not available in online checkout.
Damage in transit
Report damage within seven days of delivery with photographs of the tube and the sheet. A damaged print is replaced from the edition where stock allows, or refunded in full where it does not.
A replacement carries the same edition number as the print it replaces. The damaged sheet is destroyed and recorded.
Returns
Collectors in the EU may have statutory cancellation rights. Contact the studio before returning an order so the correct return instructions can be provided.
A fully refunded, unshipped order returns to available inventory immediately. After dispatch, inventory is returned only when the physical work has been received back and its condition checked. Partial refunds do not return an edition number to inventory.
