What is collected
Stripe collects the payment and delivery details needed for an acquisition. The studio retains the order details needed to number, fulfil and support it. The access list and release mailing list require an email address only.
No tracking pixels, no advertising network, no third-party analytics. Nothing on this site follows a visitor elsewhere.
Why it is held
Order details are held to make, number, certify and ship the print, and to meet the studio’s bookkeeping obligations.
Mailing list addresses are held for one purpose: one message per release. There is no second use.
How long
Order records are retained for seven years, which is the statutory accounting period. Mailing list entries are removed on request, immediately and without a confirmation loop.
Your rights
Write to the studio to see, correct, export or delete what is held about you. Requests are answered within thirty days, usually the same week.
